To much of my surprise, I realised that this day is one of my favorite days of year. This is the day when daylight saving time ends and clocks are turned backward one hour, which means that this day has 25 hours! Boy, do I need that. I wish there were more days with an extra hour, I could certainly use those hours.
If this regular time is not daylight saving, then is it daylight wasting time? To me it feels that way, because the sun sets one hour earlier now than in summer time. I would much prefer having that hour of daylight in evening rather than morning. In summer there is lot of light anyway, no need to save. In winter, days are much shorter. Winter would be the time to save some precious daylight for evening.
